Wow, it’s been a long time since I’ve been able to add to my blog. My computer died and I only recently was able to get another one. Well, I dieted down for my May 2010 Competition. This year was the hardest one. I think my body chemistry or my hormones have changed. I couldn’t use the same supplements I used to for help in losing body fat. Although I am very proud of what I was able to accomplish, it was so difficult, I am hanging up my competition hat. That doesn’t mean that I won’t be weight lifting or that I’ll stop doing cardio. It just means that I won’t be on such a restrictive diet. I am going to eat as clean as possible. Something very positive came out of the last 4 months of struggling. I fell in love with cardio. I am currently doing intervals on the treadmill. 30 second sprint and 2 minute recovery. But, I am thinking about doing a 10km run or a half marathon….that is, if I can convince my boyfriend to train me for it
